To make a reservation or participate in experiences, users must complete the registration process by providing accurate and up-to-date information. Access to experiences is subject to availability, and groups are formed based on age, interests, and participant numbers.
4. Bookings and Payment
Bookings must be made through our website. Payments are securely processed via credit or debit card through a secure payment gateway provided by Banco Santander and REDSYS. By making a payment, you confirm your acceptance of the selected experience and the applicable terms.
5. Confirmation and Cancellation of Experiences
Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation if the experience reaches the required minimum number of participants. If an experience is not confirmed, we will offer an alternative or a full refund. To cancel a reservation, please refer to our detailed cancellation policy on the website. Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance will be fully refunded, cancellations made between 7 and 15 days in advance will receive a 50% refund, and cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will not be refunded.
6. Experience Conditions
Each experience has specific features and requirements, which are detailed on its corresponding page. The availability of experiences may be subject to change depending on demand and other factors, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Liability and Safety
Participants must follow the instructions of the guides and operators during the experiences to ensure their safety. LikeMinded Mallorca S.L. is not responsible for accidents, personal injuries, or losses that occur during the experiences. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are physically fit to participate in the activity.
