FREE CANCELLATION

• Cancellations made more than 15 days before the experience date will receive a full refund.

1. CANCELLATIONS BETWEEN 15-7 DAYS

• Cancellations made between 15 and 7 days before the experience will incur a 50% charge of the total amount.

1. CANCELLATIONS UNDER 7 DAYS

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the experience are non-refundable.

1. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

• If an experience does not reach the minimum number of required participants, we will offer:
• An alternative date for the same experience
• An alternative experience of similar value
• A full refund of the paid amount

1. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

• Date modifications: Subject to availability and free of charge if requested more than 15 days in advance.
• Force majeure cases (adverse weather conditions, etc.): An alternative date or full refund will be offered.

• All cancellations must be notified in writing via email.
• Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days.
