At 9:00 AM, we set off for a guided tour of Valldemossa, a charming village nestled in the hills, described by the renowned composer Frédéric Chopin as “the most beautiful place in the world.” Stroll through its charming streets and enjoy ample free time to savor its signature treat—a warm coca de patata paired with a cup of coffee or chocolate.
Next, we’ll stop at the breathtaking “Sa Foradada” viewpoint.
As we wind through its forests and soak in the tranquil beauty of this natural wonder, we’ll make our way to the stunning Gorg Blau reservoir. Take a moment to capture the serene scenery, stretch your legs, and prepare for the next highlight of the tour.
Our journey continues to Lluc, the spiritual heart of Mallorca. Nestled in the sacred mountains, the Monastery of Lluc is a sanctuary of history and faith, home to the island’s Patron Saint, La Mare de Déu de Lluc. Enjoy a leisurely lunch, explore the monastery’s tranquil surroundings, and experience the unique atmosphere of its historic church.
But the adventure doesn’t end there. From Lluc, we make our way to the northern tip of the island—the breathtaking peninsula of Formentor. Here, stand in awe of the dramatic cliffs at the Mirador des Colomer, where the vastness of the Mediterranean stretches endlessly before you. This iconic spot, which has inspired countless poets, painters, and musicians—including Miquel Costa i Llobera with his celebrated poem El Pi de Formentor—offers a humbling perspective as you gaze out over the abyss.
